Project Description:

• Client Requirements: The client required a workshop space for hobby purposes and an additional double garage to safely park his vehicles- the new building had to match the style of the existing home.

• Unique Features: Prior to the newly built structure, the surface was used as a tennis court- requiring the destruction thereof. Surface preparation, compaction and levelling were key factors for the preparation of the new structure. 

• Key Highlights:
  • Storage space in the roof cavity.
  • Wheelchair friendly ramp to the main house.
  • Small wash trough in the workshop section.

Project Outcome:

• Overall Impact: More space for the client to do his woodwork and hobbies in his workshop- vehicles are securely stored in the new double garage preventing environmental damage or potential theft from being parked outside.

Client Feedback: The extra space in the roof cavity has been great for storage purposes. The building has been done very neatly and well-thought. I am very satisfied.
