Project Type: New addition to an existing home- constructing of a stoep.

Project Description:

• Client Requirements:  The client wanted a new stoep with a wooden stack door and sliding window to allow more natural light into the home.

• Unique Features: Exposed roof trusses, quartz countertops, built-in stainless steel braai and atmospheric lighting features.

• Key Highlights:
• The exposed brick finish on the stairs and the columns gives a feeling of contrast and the new stoep matches the style of the home.

• Prep bowl basin with a water supply with the drainage pipe giving water to the flowers in the built in planter pot by the stairs.

• Exposed roof beams and structural steel accompanied by featured wall lighting provides a very aesthetic scene. The stainless steel built-in braai matches the style of the lights, providing some contrast to the stoep.

Project Outcome:

• Overall Impact: The client will be able to host lovely braai’s and entertain guests. The sliding window which provides access to the living room of the home ensures entertainment will be flawless throughout.

• Client Feedback: The client is very satisfied with the project outcome and not only the looks of the stoep, but also the functionality thereof.
