Project Type: Constructing of a new double garage to the home, improved driveway with a completely new paving.

Project Description:

• Client Requirements: The client required a new double garage to match the style of the existing home, and he also required us to improve his driveway and lay new paving.

• Unique Features: Built-in stormwater channel and sloped paving to prevent the garage from flooding due to the home being built on a lower level than the street. The stormwater grate has hinges installed in order for the channel to be easily cleaned.  

• Key Highlights:
  • The style of the new garage matches that of the existing home- including the roof-level boundary wall between the client and his neighbor.

• • The slope of the paving has been improved, so that vehicles can effortlessly enter and exit the property. The driveway entrance has been enlarged for a better view of oncoming vehicles when exiting the property.

• • Prior to the new double garage and paving, a large area of the righthand side of the property (where the paving is currently laid) were occupied by plants- a terrace was built to keep the garden, but also to finish it off and to create an adequate space for vehicles to enter and exit the new garage comfortably- colored lights on the tree in the garden terrace provides an aesthetic feeling.

Project Outcome:

• Overall Impact: The client has a new double garage and a new paving/driveway which is easily accessible, with adequate draining of stormwater and a neat garden terrace, complimenting the looks of the property- the garden terrace also provides more privacy for the property, dampening vehicles that pass by the property from viewing contents inside the new garage.  

Client Feedback: The client is very satisfied with the outcome of this project and the spotlessness thereof.
